Club Connection: A Community-Based Day Program
Call or log on to join the Club! This Community-Based Day Hospice Program – currently offered on Zoom – provides a welcoming space for people living in the community who are living with a life-limiting illness.
Our programs are designed to support you through your illness and provide you with options. The Club is also a chance for you to “take some time off” from your illness and simply enjoy connection with others, learning and a little fun.
At a time when others may not know what to say or how to be with you as you deal with the physical and emotional effects of your diagnosis, Club Connection offers a safe space to be with people who share a similar experience.
Our Day Program staff and volunteers have been trained in hospice palliative care and provide a variety of services, including:
- Mindfulness and relaxation sessions
- Peer-based support
- Information series
- Music and movement
- Innovative techniques to assist with pain symptom management
- Expressive arts therapy
And when we return to in person programming, palliative massage and complementary therapies.
