Everyone will be touched by hospice care at some point—in their community, their family, or their own home. We invite you to come together with us to support compassionate care for individuals and families across Toronto.

Join Hospice Toronto, Emily’s House / Philip Aziz Centre, and Toronto Grace Health Centre’s Palliative Care Program for our 24th Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice, a meaningful day of connection, reflection, and community.

Create a team, walk with friends, or fundraise in support of those who need care most.

• Registration & Check-in: 9:30 AM
• Hike Begins: 11:00 AM

Choose between a 2 km or 5 km walk through one of Toronto’s most scenic neighbourhoods.

🎉 What to Expect

Enjoy a welcoming and family-friendly event with:

• Opening group stretch to kick things off
• Music throughout the morning with DJ Brother Boo
• BBQ and refreshments
• Kids’ activities, crafts, bubble show, and a bouncy castle
• A Memory Tree to honour loved ones
• Prizes for fundraising achievements

Hospice Toronto provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families living with serious illness, as well as those experiencing grief and loss.

Through our programs, we offer:

• One-to-one support
• Caregiver relief and respite
• Grief and bereavement support
• Young carers support

All funds raised stay in our community, helping ensure these services remain accessible at no cost to those who need them.

The need continues to grow, and your participation helps us continue to show up with care, compassion, and dignity.
