The Together Project may be for you if you are:

  • A woman aged 55 or older who is a current or former caregiver
  • Experiencing life changes, grief, or different kinds of loss related to caregiving
  • Looking for meaningful connections and supportive relationships
  • Interested in learning new skills and exploring new activities
  • Ready to focus on your own wellbeing, interests, and personal growth

Grief and loss can mean more than bereavement. They can include changes in roles, routines, relationships, expectations, and future plans that happen throughout the caregiving journey.

Connect, Heal, Learn & Grow

The Together Project brings participants together through a variety of activities designed to encourage connection, creativity, learning, and wellbeing.

Kintsugi Arts Experience
