Group Music Therapy for Grief and Bereavement

A welcoming support space for healing
Join us for a one-hour group music therapy session designed to support individuals who are grieving.
This group offers a welcoming and supportive space to reflect, connect with others, and explore grief through shared musical experiences. No musical experience is needed, and participation is always at your own comfort level.
What to Expect
Sessions may include listening to music, gentle music-making, singing, drumming, reflection, and simple creative activities such as songwriting. All activities are optional and guided in a respectful environment.
Why Music?
Music can offer comfort, help express feelings that are hard to put into words, and create meaningful connection during a difficult time.
